it's not that they're afraid to, it's more that the only ECM variants that we don't have for mechs we currently have and the current year are the Griffin GRF-2N, and the Stalker STK-3Fb (i didn't bother to check the light mechs). Although the likelihood of either one coming in is slim since they're both SLDF royal variants.

I thought there was a T-Bolt ECM variant.
