I think it would be nice if lance leaders could mark the targeted enemy mech as a primary/secondary target for the lance. It'd make lance leaders more meaningful and the lance more effective as they'd know who to engage without voice communication and chatting.

Details:
1. New hotkeys for designating the targeted enemy mech as primary/secondary target. This shall only be available for lance leaders. Pressing the primary/secondary mark hotkey while no target is selected shall clear the current marking.
2. New hotkeys for selecting primary/secondary targets. Available to all lance members for quickly selecting the leader designated primary/secondary targets.
3. Clearly visible notification for lance members that the primary/secondary target has been changed by the leader
4. Visual indication of primary and secondary target on the map / minimap.
5. Visual indication of the primary and secondary target status on the target reticle on selecting the primary/secondary target (Pri, 1, etc)
6. Only one primary and one secondary target per lance.
7. [optional] Visual indication on the target for lance members without selecting the target.
8. [optional] Hotkey for lance leaders to quickly switch primary/secondary targets.
9. [optional] Secondary target to automatically change to primary target after the primary target has been eliminated.
