This has happened to me twice so far. I'll get stuck in max reverse, and can't stop moving. All Stop will not work and both forward and reverse throttle only propel me in reverse. It has only happened in my free Thunderbolt 9S. I've noticed it starts when I'm in the heat of battle and mashing on the movement keys a lot, so it might have something to do with that.
Has anyone else had this issue?

I've had this happen before, though for me it has only happened to Cat K2s.
Both instances were approximately 1 to 2 months ago.
In general, unless when in a brawl, I will keep my finger on the direction I want my mech to be going (don't have throttle decay tagged, it's just how I roll).
So far me it seems to have happened at random, the only set factor was that in both matches I dropped in a four man.
I'm dead certain one of the maps was River City day - conquest.
Guess this isn't helping much, other than stating I've had the issue too..

Try disconnecting any flightsticks, pedals or controllers. Random movement bugs often come from those when not used.

I also do not use throttle decay, maybe that has something to do with it?

I play with a mouse and keyboard. I have a joystick but it is not plugged into my computer, nor has it been for some time now.
My theory is that somehow hitting full stop while holding throttle up has something to do with it, but I have not been able to recreate the bug thus far.

Maybe it's a latency issue...the game has several problems with things getting "stuck" from lags/pingspikes.
Are you experiencing any of those ?
Either way, try contacting support, maybe they can help you more.

Yeah I'm definitely gonna hit up support about this. It MAY have something to do with lag spikes; I use my apartment building's free internet, which is fast but occasionally I get ping spikes when a lot of my neighbors are streaming netflix or what have you.
