Thankfully that is not a common problem however there's always someone who'll get an issue during the install.

Let us (those of us who lurk here helping new players) know if you need any help with anything. Quick word of advice: Go to the "Testing Grounds" (it is different than training grounds) and experiment before you get your hands dirty in the field. Best to get used to the controls before you are shot at.

The Jenner can jump by pressing Space.

Also while the Hunchback is a solid mech, the "trial" Hunchback has a lot of medium lasers and new players often try to fire too many at once. The limit is 6 at once, any more than that and you are punished with excessive amounts of heat.

Catapult: All weapons are locked. Beware ECM which will ruin your day.

For the Victor when the UAC/5 cannons jam the best course of action is to stop firing them (otherwise they may 'rejam' without ever unjamming). This mech, too, can jump using Space.
