I did the same when I bought my second ever mech. I thought I had selected SHD 2H2 but did not realize it was the same SHD 2H I had already bought. I contacted customer support and it took about 2 business days for them to reply. As already mentioned, they will work with you. I had to sell back by mech and let the GM know and he refunded the remaining CB's. And I too had to "promise" not to do it again as their my not be a "next time."
