Mfx: Tag Relocates With Jump Jets More Than Expected

Title: TAG will jump , beyond the normal with Jump Jets
Severity: 3 (malfunction but not critical nor a crash)
Priority: 3 (Should be fixed but not critical)

Steps:

Load a Catapult with a TAG and Jump Jets.
Drop into Training ground.

Hold TAG in ON position.
Target a Mech
JUMP
Watch the TAG target location.

Result: TAG will move and shake with the reticle (expected) AND THEN, the tag will jump off the side about the distance of 1/2 marques on the targeting reticle. The TAG remains there untl the JJ turn off.

Expect: TAG moves with the shake of the reticle due to Jump Jets. TAG does NOT move a random distance in a single step and then say there. TAG should shake with the reticle and remain in the center.

Notes: Always reproducible. Seems the TAG is being relocated based on a location sample of the SHAKING reticle and the stays there. i.e. the TAG wants to be in the center of the reticle but choose to "Choose the center" when the reticle is shaking. REAL bug is that is remains at the offset location.

Notes 2: This problem is not limited to TAG. Any beam weapon will have this problem. TAG just makes it easy to see since it stays on.
