So its the 3rd Tuesday of the month, shouldn't we have the "big" monthly patch today? Isn't today the day the Launch Tab? Did I miss something? I am a Blonde so things like missing a 747's over head do happen.

Um, this is the 4th Tuesday.
Patch schedule is every other week, so it's next Tuesday hopfully followed by one on the following Tuesday being the 1st Tuesday of the month

Patches are bi-weekly and there was a patch last week, so no patch today...next week. And if your going by one of their release dates...don't, as they rarely stick to the schedules they set...ie. CW's.

1st and 3rd Tuesdays are the regular patch days. April has a 5th Tuesday as well, and PGI wasn't quite done with some major fixes/changes, so they opted to push them to the 29th.

What that means for May 6 I don't know.

The real question is, will there be a patch May 6th.

I am leaning towards no.

There is going to be something funky in the biweekly schedule during the next months. If it were strictly biweekly, we'd get patches April 29th, May 13th, May 27th, June 10th - but we already know that the clan patch will be on June 17th. Because of this, they will have to have one of the coming patches with only 1 week apart from the previous one, or have 3 weeks between patches at some point (would seem like bad business, too long break without new stuff to buy?)

Not really.
The patch schedule is the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of the month, with an optional patch on the 5th Tuesday that was always followed by the 1st Tuesday patch. There have been many previous instances where this has proved out.

Having said that, the 1st Tuesday patch that follows a 5th Tuesday patch has usually been pretty lack-luster, so it's not that we didn't get a patch, but it was pretty meh.

You can be sure that there will probably be a Hero in it, and some LM fixes, but with nothing on the State of the Inner Sphere roadmap between the implementation of LM and the launch of Clans, don't expect much for the next 6 weeks or so aside from bug fixes, maybe a new mech, and confusing weapon balancing (if any).
