i want to cancel my preorder and have no clue how its done. Please help.

Yes. Specifically:
billing@mwomercs.com
And include the preorder that you are trying to cancel.

Side note: If the preorder released, it's too late.

Sorry for delay. Yes. PGI's support folks are amazing. I just did this and got a refund on all my preorders within half an hour.

yes, right contact was
billing@mwomercs.com

annihilator pack was instantly removed from my account while for the money i had to wait almost 3 weeks....and on top of that im back in the f2p matchmaker pattern..
