I get this error
"The Downloaded file is corrupt. the MD5 hash of the local file does ot match that of the file on the server"
I have deleted the directory and restarted the download sever times with the same error.
I just disabled my Anti virus. I'll see how that goes and update in a few
I had to reinstall Win 7 last week so I needed to reinstall the test client today .
Any suggestions?

MD5 hash errors are corruptions in the transfered data over the net due to the encryption mode used.
This however is not necessarily a problem to say of MWO's but more a problem with the transference of data along the internet path as information is exchanged between servers. And PGI can't fix the entire "interwebs" even wth Gold clan mech contributions.
You will find however that continuing with the patch download process as per the request to continue when these errors occur or continuing with the patch will result in the complete listing of patch data that will then be able to used by the patcher when MD5 hash errors occur. So click on the continue option when this happens and you will eventually get the full patch.
Also could consider a traceroute being run to the server ip to see where the connection to servers might be causing an issue.
Trace Route:
-Press Windows Key + R
-Type CMD
-Click OK
-In the Command Prompt, type: tracert 70.42.29.65
Then check to see if any " * " symbols appear in the server list. This can sometimes occur with the first few if changing from dynamic to static IP use based on your server. Also a crappy router can cause connection stability issues, especially if from alternative continents.
