[Bishop Steiner]

Was hitting a design block on mechs, and needed to blow off some steam from IRL stuff, so started trying to doodle a Tank, instead. Not really something I vever do well, and this is a rough that needs a lot of work, but it started with me thinking about how to make a "Sensible" Demolisher, then grew into something sick and wrong.

Anyhow, the DZU-TEH


and it's specs.

BS why do I love your work so much? Also I really like the spikes on the end of the tracks.
You know I think it'd look really cool with an AMS or two on the back of the turret.

Perhaps as a alt variant it could replace the U/AC20 with Gauss Rifles and the ER Large laser with two MPL. I'd like to see some alt variants of it, they'd all look great and perhaps a different angle of the beast.

I've got a few in mind. dual HAG 20s, on one. A SSRM design for another (pretty sure 8 SSRM6 backed up with ECM would ruin a few peoples day).

that 8 SSRM 6 one sounds like a hero kind of deal, something like the "Screaming Lurker" because you don't see it until you see the big ball of fire coming at you for death.

Our Executioner and Gargoyle can run 86.4 kph, and even the Kodiak runs at 64.8, though I guess we can make an exception for such firepower.

The Zhukov called, it wants to know why it did not get upgraded instead. The only reason I would worry about going against that in a Zhukov is because it is faster.

and mounts nearly 4 times the firepower, which, when combined with the better speed, negates the Zhukov's slight ranged firepower advantage. Or it could just stay comfortably outside the range of the LB-Xs, slicing off nice hunks of tanks with it's ER Large Laser.

As for why it's not a Zhukov upgrade, how do you know it's not? I simply said when the design struck me, that I was messing around with the Demolisher. The weapons arrangement is indeed closer to the Zhukov.

Hahaha, a sensible Demolisher. I knew there was a reason I liked you.

Also, the design looks wicked! 10/10 would drive into battle with metal guitars blasting in the background.
