With the release of the second set of Norns I don't know what to do with, I figure they're ideal for SMM.
However, I would like some clarifications, as most of the info appears to be on the currently defunct MechforceClassic site. and the OP is pretty sparse on data.
What are the rules for Clans?
Still the same for T1/T2 in the OP?
Are there any updates and info in regards to Heroes, Champions and UG mechs?
Now the Command Console does something are the rules the same for it and modules?
Is there a way to get any relevant documentation that was on that site available again?
If we can get some solid answers I might be able to get a few friends to come along too.

Any mech is valid for Monday night provided it is strictly Tech 1. That means no XL engines, no double heat-sinks, no CASE, no Streaks. Several heroes meet this criteria, though not all. Champions are out, since they are - strictly speaking - not stock mechs, but rather preconfigured builds.
Command console is certainly allowed; house rules allowed the carrier of such equipment the option for a single consumable air or arty strike.
Hope this helps.

No AMS
Streaks
Pulse
ER
Double Heat Sinks
XL
Artemis
NARC
TAG
UAC
LBX
Gauss,
ECM
Ferro
Endo
Has that been reduced to:
No XL
DHS
CASE
Streaks?
Or is CASE added to th above list?
Or?

One big exception is that Endo/Ferro is not frowned upon if you are reverting a mech to stock. Just so long as you don't add anything additional that isn't listed on the stock build and drop underweight.
The big one is to be sure your mech has single heat-sinks and a standard engine. Everything else is a little more fudgeable, if the group agrees to use it.

Clan are typically not allowed, but that doesn't mean we don't have them make an appearance from time to time. but it is very rare to see clans as acceptable on a Monday stock event. (It's happened once, and that's because I was being overly silly and we only had 2v2 at the time. Lets just say... I did not seem to fair so well in clan mechs that night.)
Basically, yes. We play T1. We tend to play only stock mechs that fit into T1 that is actually in game itself, no stand in mechs. (Example: Even though the Jenner can be set up exactly the same as a Panther, it can't be stood in as a Panther.)
Most Heroes have XL engines, DHS and Endo on them. Some are lore heroes mechs though and fall into T1 qualifications. We were discussing if we would permit hero mechs in SMM (Stock Mech Monday) matches at one point, but never came to a determination. If it came down to it, I'd rather have a player in a Hero mech, than no player at all. Champion mechs (Besides Clan trial mechs, if/when we play with them) are not permitted. They have to have a stock configuration based on the classic TT readouts, and be a mech fully in the game under that readout. Champion mechs are all "customized" now, and no longer are readout specific. Not familiar with "UG" shorthand, so I can't say...
Command Console still permits the mech (currently only the Atlas D-DC) to have one consumable model in use. Be it an air/arty strike or a UAV (last I knew).
I have no access to any sites (besides Sarna) about mechs to give you. Maybe somoene else...?
It has currently been in discussion about possibly changing the times of SMM to a different day/time to try and meet up with more potential members to play. You are welcome to read back along this thread and place you 2 cents worth if you desire.
We have also had discussions on if we wish to place some farther restrictions on some stock mechs due to quirks making them "better than they should be" or "better than they use to be, and they were already really good". This has only been an idea in passing, and we haven't played enough Stock Mech matches recently to come to any determinations as of yet...

That list "seems" correct form my understanding... If you want any suggestions on well preforming stock mechs, just ask though.
I will also mention, as Rhaythe did, that if you are converting a mech back to stock and don't wish to change FF or Endo because of costs back to standard, you don't have to. As long as all the equipment are the same as stock, in the right locations and you have the exact same armor values per location as it would in stock, these effects would not matter. You'd be technically dropping in underweight is all.
DHS though, I will add, can not be retained at all. They will have to be reduced back to Std sinks. Even though you may be able to get the same "cooling efficiency" on some mechs with just having fewer sinks in, they will be different crit spaces and locations at that point. We need all crits (besides floating endo/FF crits) to be exactly where they should be according to stock.
I know, it's a lot to ask, but trust me when I say stock mechs are a LOT of fun to run. Playing with stock mechs also will help improve your overall skills within the game too!

I'm just trying to get everything clear as possible, because A: Want to make sure it's right. B: Then I can make an infographic to make the less patient people I know understand at a glance.
Personally, most of them I have variants I can easily retrofit, or just buy a dedicated Stock version.

Locusts are rather decent in SMM matches. So, you are probably going to like that.
Nothing wrong with asking for clarification. Any other questions that come up, just ask away.

Don't have time to go over the list but I already see HBK-4SP is missing, it fits the rules and era.

Huge thanks to Ovion for posting that short list of qualified 'Mechs. That makes it much easier for people who aren't experts on lore to get involved!
I only have a CN9-AH and AS7-D that are stock right now, but I'm gonna go over that list and maybe buy a new toy today

Then consider buying another 1-3 Locusts...
