Hmm, we were in dropship 7 on Comstar TS (not the old SMM TS). Don't know if that threw people off. We had 7v7 when I was playing around 9pm EST.

Yeah around 8v8 things started getting interesting.
I must say game play wise, is faster, not sure if I like it better.
Quirks and single heat sinks buff are doing significant difference.
Probably after quirks off, would be just perfect. Not too slow for most, but still slower and different then main custom.

I'm happy to see that you had fun.
I hope the european players of stock can quickly organize the same event.
Sundays are a good choice, especially the rainy ones.
If in Europe we start at our local 6PM, morning players of american west coast and afternoon player of the american eastern coast could join us.

Is there a list of european players of stock?
I'm quite sure that germans were playing stock matches too before the quirks.

I know people are still interested in it, but I sadly can't say if it still goes on or not. I personally haven't been able to join on a monday for some time, due to schedule shift...

MWHighlander started it up again on sundays, and we had a few weeks of some fun games, as big as 8v8, but nothing right now :/

Any chance there is a current discussion thread with the info (like the first page of this thread)?

I ran a forum search, but gave up after finding 4 "stock mech sunday" threads that died in 2014.....

I also figure it is time to poke PGI with another stock mech idea in Feature Suggestions, Their answer probably won't change (too few players interested; don't want to split the population; stock mechs are bad; etc). But take a lesson from any 2 year old, if you ask a question and get a "no", just keep asking until you get a "yes".

I would appreciate any thoughts this group has to offer on the idea.

I was requesting details on when/where to join these stock matches. Previously the first page of this thread was edited so players would know what day, time and which teamspeak server to join. I could not find any information on these Sunday events which UltraMek says MWHighlander had previously run but has now stopped.

So I am not sure if Iraqiwalker's answer fits my question.... Did Iraqiwalker mean by "all discussion" that the Sunday event (now discontinued) is back a few pages and I missed it? Or was my question was misinterpretted?
