This is a copy of a post I made over on reddit (OH GODS NUUUUUU!) But Niko Snow suggested to me I make a copy of it here cause yea never know all the more while I avoid the MW:O forums like the plague.

Anyrate heres the copy paste.

"Now I'm not expecting this idea to come to the game but I'm going to say my piece anyways because you just never know. Also for the TL;DR crowd there will be a brief summary below all this.

With launch module coming to MW:O with private match making I started to brain storm this idea on how to coach your family or friends in game without the need to be there behind them and helping them out in a live match. With private matchs we get a 12 vs 12 system that offers no rewards (currently) but what if PGI were able to give us a option in the 12v12 private match that we can click on to convert it to a 12 man only training session to help coach new players however in this mode you only get one map and its a training map, nothing fancy, nothing over the top like we have, just plane and basic. You get togther invite them in and drop to the training map, on this map again does not need to be fancy nor really big but you drop in the middle with your trainee's, on one half of the map is jsut level ground with 12 pratice targets to fire at (that respawn, have their mech corpse vanish in replacement for the fresh spawn) but also in front of the mechs say at about 400 meters is a pool of water so you know can explain how you get a bonus cool down if you have standard heat sinks in the legs and can see the change when firing in and out of water, elevation samples to climb on to know the limits of their mech and how to manovuer up them via AKA "the wiggle" or "Wiggle Dance" or face the harsh reality they cant with that big massive atlas. Now the other half of the map is a combat training area setup with the basics to combat train in, some rocks for cover or a building, some elevations you need JJ's to climb on or take the ramp on the side. Something like that to jsut hop in and show the ropes and pratice and learn the game mechinics of the mech their in let alone how things work all the more while of course allow your dead mechs to respawn. Map temp would of course be a 0 degrees however I wont ask to have a spot on the ground be a different tempature to test fire on the pratice targets, sure it help but at the same time after wards then can jsut solo drop in testing grounds on a hot or cold map to see what the heat effect differeance is.

In the end if you think about it its not any more taxing on the server as there are people looking to do 1vs.1 Now your likely thing why just one 12 man lance? Sure you may not need 12 but guess what, A. the otehr 12 will be the non moving dumbing targets that respawn I spoke of above & B. you got your friends, friends friend etc coming so gives some lee way plus can setup 4 on 4 newb training if you have 8 in one go. On a side note because for targeting sake (Friends cant lock LRms on each other or SSRM's)in this training mode everyone is considered a enemy for targeting sake so grab a cbill color and use it to help show freind or foe even though you would still target everyone. Oh yes before I forget in "Training Mode" I would like to see the 3 3 3 3 bit removed as it is just training but will cover that touchy idea in a moment

Now all this I feel would be great, MW:4, MW:3, MW2:, not sure on MW1, all had a boot camp session where you got etiher voice over instructions or you followed an AI around on a training map who would give voice over instructions, this would replace the AI with a real player teaching another player. Videos are great and all but doing it during an actual game session is so much better.

Now should public spectating be allowed during training? You tell me.
Should this feature be part of the premium time unlock requirement? I want to say yes since you would be removed of the 3 3 3 3 requirement but at the same time no but then you would have to abide by the 3 3 3 3 requirement which however wouldnt be a issue if your training 1 or 3 people at a time.

TL;DR : Should private match making have a future feature called training mode to train new players with its own map you always have to use? Should it be a prem time unlock or restricted to 3 3 3 3 for non prem time users? Should public spectating be allowed in it?
If such a thing were to come I am not expecting it any time soon theres a **** ton on PGI's plate however I did my best if such a thing can come with current features we have or are about to get.
Discuss.
EDIT: Forgot to mention, this mode has no time limit."

I had something along these lines, was waiting for Launch Module to be released to post it.

Basically, you get 6 non-n00b players, 3 per side, and 18 new ones.

Start a private match under Launch Module.

On each side, the 3 non-n00bs are assigned Lance Leader spots and each take 3 n00bs then they do Lance on Lance battles on different spots on the map.

You do not even need premium time to do this. According to this, the Free Private match would allow one team of 3 non-n00b and 9 n00bs to form up and start a match then invite the other team. Each team organizes then goes out for 4 vs 4 fights.
