Curious if this has been considered to date...

Sell 'Arena' tickets (avail for purchase for a pre-determined C-Bill amount) to participate in a 1-on-1 match against another Mech in your class. Winner gets a free ticket for a future match and a C-Bill award. Arena Standings are posted - you may even get to pick who you may fight against.

Heck you could proably get c-bill bets goin on players and junk since there isnt any real money involved and even have spectating matches and modes for tourney commentary and stuff. it could open up another avenue for the tournements held and stuff since everyone would be able to specatate not just people playing the match.
