Cant install, here is the log file. I cant read it. Any one got idea?

Greetings,

After you have downloaded the installer, insure that you start it with admin privileges, as there are areas it needs to install to that only admins are allowed.
- Same goes for the game launcher itself, once the install is complete.
- before you start the game up you'll need to set the MechWarrior Online exe it to "run as Admin".

If your in win7 64 bit, and have never changed anything you may also need to get the older libraries for Dx9c.
- Win 7 64bit does not install then as it normally functions in Dx11 mode.

Try the admin install path first then report back. Once we get the game installed there are possibly two additional items that need to be checked or updated.

Additionally, insure that you have the space to complete the install.
- 60Mb for the installer and near 5Gb for the game itself.

It dident work when i run the installer as admin. And got about 50Gb free space to installl on.

Make sure that all your software is up to date. In addition of verifying your drivers and framework 4.0, click the following links to make sure some other vital updates are made on your computer:

Roger on the "it didn't work", is that the installer not installing the game correctly or after clicking on the game start icon not running?

If the game didn't work, insure that you go through the "programs uninstall" and completely delete the old "stuff". A fresh instll may just do the trick.

The errors start when your computer starts or attempts to unpack the installer files, do you have any programs running that might interfere with this? Say a virus scanner? Did you set or check the downloaded file to "unblock" and "run as administrator"?
Once the check box is selected to run the file as admin, you should be able to just dbl click to run it. Something is stopping the unpacking of the install files. Some have stated that the program AVG may have issues with allowing compressed files to install, just a thought.

I did get it to work. Some how i manage to download only 5MB of the installer. It was pebcap (Problem Exists Between Keyboard And Chair)
