[Koniving]

Bug Location: HPG Manifold on Borg-surfaces.
Steps to Reproduce: Enter match on HPG Manifold. Observe a Thunderbolt 9S.
Reproduction Rate: Seen once; but this sort of issue relates to collision surfaces so it will always repeat til fixed.
Bug Evidence:

Bug Description:Thunderbolts (specifically the 9S) owned by multiple different players 'floated' above the surface. Their shadows disjointed from where they physically are (look at shadow for feet versus feet). Originally noticed when Niko was climbing the ramp and began trying to take images.
Bug Thread Title: MECH Floating

Notes: Niko says this happens with 2 cups of coffee. Makes me wonder if all Thunderbolt 9S users that match got two cups of expresso because it was only them. (Did not see any other thunderbolts, so do not know if isolated to the 9S).
