Hello,

I configured my Hero class Mech in your Mech Lab and spent 1.6 million c-bills on new weapons. When I checked-out it removed 4 of my double-heat syncs and gave me 4 errors! See the two attached screen shots (for my configured loadout imagine the second screen shot with 4 additional double heat syncs--they were removed after I checked out!) Not a good first impression!

Now I CANNOT EVEN PLAY the game with that Mech because it has 4 errors. I even removed ALL double-heat syncs and it STILL has errors! Now my PAID Mech is permanently broken with errors!!! So I PAID for a Hero Mech with real cash and now it's is trashed! I am SO let down by this experience. Can you please just "reset" my mech to stock at least AND give me back my 1.6 million c-bills? If not I'll never play this game again.

And please fix the bugs in Mech Lab. Adding lots of double heat syncs should not yield errors when it allows you to add them AND takes your credits for them. ARRRRRGH!!!!!!! So frustrating!

Please create a defect/bug report so no one else has to endure this stupidity like I have had to.

My online name is BICLOPS.

Thanks,
Kris Sebesta

Remove everything from your 'Mech. Save. Add stuff back to your 'Mech. Save.

As long as there is both weight and space enough for the stuff, the problem will be solved.

Unfortunately, right now we are cursed with a bug that sometimes adds stuff back on our 'mechs we just took out and make the 'mech-loadout invalid. It is not breaking anything permanently, though, so don't worry.
All you have to do is click on "Strip Mech", tick the boxes for "Equipment" and "Modules", then checkout and sometimes strip the 'mech again.
Now you can put all your equipment back in and it will work.

Also: they're called "heat sinks"

Also also: go here: http://mwomercs.com/support/ticket/new and submit a ticket with the problem. They should know by now but it can't hurt.
