Feet Stuck In Map Geometry :(

So there seems to be some issues with two of the maps that I've played so far:

1. Crimson Strait- My feet get stuck in the grates on the top of the bridge, I can't move, but I can turn my upper torso, just not my feet :D
And
2. HPG Manifold- Again feet got stuck in the 2nd floor of the pyramid thing in the middle of the map I could move but I'd get rubber banded back in place, I can't turn my mech or anything just the upper torso that's it.

This all happened while playing on my Hunchback, please PGI if you would please, fix the map geometry so nobody else can get stuck, because it really is incredibly frustrating. Thank You.

There are places in every map where you can get stuck.

i just had this happen on HPG i was in an atlas.i overheated and when i powered up i was stuck was on second lvl as well

If this ever happens, note where you are and get a screenshot (PrtScrn button).

If you cannot, do the following:
- go to Training Grounds in the same Mech you used.
- go to the spot where you got stuck.
- try to recreate what happened and intentionally get stuck again.
- take a screenshot.
- email the screenshot with the map and grid square to Support.

That allows them to fix the maps so it will stop happening.

F9 to display your current map position. (The exact placement is crucial when reporting map bugs. Maps are modelled to real scale in MWO.) F12 to save a screenshot in your MWO directory under USER\ScreenShots. Send the screenshot to support@mwomercs.com with a description of how you got stuck (jumping, going slowly, dropping -- including the direction).
