Doubt posting in correct spot, sorry bout that.
Played MW4 as HBA_Mugz and CSH_EnderWiggen , both where about having fun.
Looking for a unit, faction doesn't really matter to me. Looking for the right fit on coms with having fun being more important than winning, but let's be honest winning makes the game more fun.
Understand the Combined Arms concept and am a team player that understands that it's not nesicarily the most kills that makes you most beneficial to the win.
Prefer to run Raven and working on some of the other smaller mechs, never did care to run the heavy stuff.
Have a screwy job schedule. Over the road trucker so no set times when I'm on so looking for a larger unit to have folks on coms more time zones.

I'm sure others will give more specific information but in the mean time check out the faction subforums (IS and Clans) on this site. Also, you can head over to NGNG's site, they have a teamspeak server but I'm not sure exactly where that information is located. Another site I recently became aware of is MWOLobby. It think it is set up to help private matches get kicked off but that seems like a good place to meet groups too. I'm not sure how may people are using the last one right now, but I'm expecting it to become more popular with the release of private matches today.

That link is for general voice chat servers for Teamspeak mostly, (the have Ventrillo, Raidcall, and a few others in there). You can just hop onto any of them and meet people, we're very friendly and welcoming.

I personally play on the House Davion server mostly.

Factions Forums would have their own merc, house, and clan units in there.

Also, if you go to the Hiring Hall
and post practically the same thing, you will get plenty of offers from the merc units there.

The main difference between those merc units and the ones in the other faction forums, is that hiring hall merc units aren't always affiliated with a specific house.

You're looking for fun with casual play, but acknowledge that winning is fun? Do you also drink beer while enjoying said fun? Do you have relatively thick skin and can take jokes from cops and military without crying? We are a casual multi game group, who do love to win, but sometimes it's fun to take, 4 lbx wielding mechs, and put them with their backs to a ridge, and see how many 0 armor, all internal structure, all jump jet, ecm spiders, they can kill before the spider hits the ground/ gets away
