Are you ready now? It's easier to pull such numbers dropping solo than in a group, where damage is more evenly spread between the 2/3/4 of you.
So, congrats on being a good player, but stop bragging now, it's annoying.

Wow! Jebushunter! Nice scores in those locusts!

I couldn't help but notice that the next lightest machine on the other team was a Spider then a 50 or 55 ton machine...then lots of heavies and assaults. I would be more interested in seeing your wild boasts after fighting a team that weighs about half of what you fought. Big ponderous targets are easy to shoot in a small light.
Locusts are meat for Med and Lights.
Simple really.

Actually, I have never launched in any size group since I signed up back in Closed Beta. PUG all the way.

Sadly, my stats back me up on that assertion: I suck.

Woot now I am famous. Hey it's not our fault we had enough people on to run 3 12 man teams last night. We intended to drop against other 12's and did not every time. We actually did at least twice. And one time there were two four mans on the other side. If it makes you feel better we had to use 3/3/3/3 to drop.

I am sure this will be fixed soon. Feel free to join us on TS if you want to learn to play as a team.

I don't think PGI has acknowledged this is a problem yet.

Last night at the aces merc madness event we had a dev that shall not be named droopng with us and he acknowledged this bug, said it was deep and difficult and the source of much head-desk contact. They know and are working but no fix yet.

On a more serious note: Yes, full 12 mans (not sync drops) are being matched up in the regular PUG queue, as well as multiple 4 mans appearing on a side in some matches.

PGI needs to fix this one bad...I'm kind of surprised the patch earlier today didn't already fix this.

i just went through screen shots real quick and grab 6 small laser builds and shadow hawk 2 to prove that they are power house mechs good for rofl stomping 12 man's, some of the are old but many sh2d2 are from this last patch vs 12man's? just saying stop playing newb build get out the cheese solo stomp down mechs and make those team speaker’s cry. 2/3 of every mech is useless. these builds counter ppc boats and stalker lrm boats and all the bad builds every one hates. this is a game right? can i choose my drop please. \\\ this is a beta test? and will change back right? so i can choose mode again, maybe even add more selection soon? i paid 80$, average price of game, i understand if i pay more i can get more. paying more is not an option for me, could i get the same game "level of freedom" (picking mode). this makes pugger's slave cattle.. bite back against the slaughter?

*note they edited it down alot and delete alot of tex n pic's, and the new patch shs2d2 are gone, but the point is these are really meta proof builds. maybe they didn't, lol lateeeeee night that one was 4-5 am was that post ish?

the main point was that ghosting is going on they say it in the terms of use some i read matt neww confirms it and it's a ******* awesome way of working on a game (just get information you cant find out eslse how) and thats making the game better, at a good rate, but that crazy thing had to be a beta test because see (just now) that's the freedom limit is over, it was a test, cool beans. my bad...... lattteeeeeee night i blame ... once again my bad.. would delete it now, but thats a B move.
freedom as in the thing that didn't let puggers choice which game mode to play. revolt over...

i see where you're getting at, make use of the meta conditions and throw it back at them.

this happened in 2012 laggy jenners vs the world then ssrms on cats went mad... 2014 needn't be a replay of that horribad rollercoaster of balance. though it's funny that lag/ping is as much a culprit to screwing up matches now as it was 2 years ago.

To be honest, I am more surprised that there are still 12 mans still playing then the fact that there is a bug that is matching them with solo players.

There are units that number in the hundreds. They can often organize multiple 12 man teams. Beyond that, some units have 12 mans on a few regularly scheduled days, and there were competitive games that happened when you synched 2 12 mans (now with private matches, that's no longer needed). Generally, if you're not picky about what mode you play, you're likely to find a 12 man to play against.

You guys are aware they shut off the matchmaker right? Pretty sure there is not a matchmaking algorithm currently, until they fix 3/3/3/3, which should be Tuesday the 6th. So step up to the challenge and expect to have some tough matches. It's still fun. I could be wrong, but it sounds like that is what they said.
