Can PGI start posting preliminary patch notes? It would help greatly to understand exactly what is going to be introduced in the patch.

I prefer to enjoy the day before everyone starts complaining.

Save that for tomorrow.

Hi there!

As last minute changes can always occur, and to avoid confusion over whether any notes posted are active or not, we try to avoid posting any patch notes until the beginning of maintenance, when players will otherwise be unable to participate in the game until that patch is completed. It provides the additional benefit that this timing can help entertain players who had to drop out of game for the maintenance.

I have to alt-f4 and relog at the end of every single match. Does there happen to be a fix coming out for that? > :)

Not to mention freezing up when trying to join a match, but im noit sure if thats a bug or... like everyone says,... theres not enough players to match with? > ^_^

This is the most tedious free to play game i have ever played. Im not sure its worth it anymore lol

I cant be the only one to have this problem. If i am. I doubt they will implement a fix just for one player lol

Both. Matches i leave early, and matches i let the end scoreboard time-out.

I was able to go straight to mechlab very late last night. Its almost like peak times server lag causes me to freeze exiting every game, and entering every second game or so.

I dont care. Either it works. Or it doesn't, and i go play dayz, rust or that space game everyones talking about in this forum. Im not that attached to the simplicity of this game. I like complex, thinking man games.

I blame the community for this games shortcomings. When i look at this forum, i see someone suggest something once in a while, but there is a certian group of trolls who come around and say they don't want it. Its almost like they are trying to help PGiI get away without doing anything at all! Like the founders thread. Why are there so many founders getting mad saying they do not want anything more! Who dos that? lol. Then there is the voice thread. WE DO NOT WANT VOICE WE LOVE TS3! Well then dont turn on in game voice! lol. The CW threads... NO THEY DIDNT PROMISE I WANT TO SEE LEGAL DOCUMENTS WHERE THEY PROMISED THEY WERE GOING TO DELIVER CW! lol... QUIT TELLING PGI TO RUSH! HAVE PATIENCE! WE LIKE WAITING! lol no you ******* dont. QUIT TELLING PGI THEIR GAME IS BUGGY! ITS JUST YOU! AND IF ITS NOT.... WE CAN WORK AROUND THE BUGS! LEAVE PGI ALONE THEYRE JUST AWSOME>>> BECAUE>>> THEY ARE lol. i could go on and on.

WHo is this group of people attacking everyone who gives PGI somthing to do or somthing to work on? Are you secretly trying to sabatoge this project by telling PGI the game is great the way it is right now, today? Well its not lol. You are tanking your own game people.

Anyone else notice that Niko is single handedly bringing up PGI's reputation? Damn, he is on the ball. Now if only the rest of the PGI crew could do that (Actually, where is Thomas D.)?

Hey Niko, what magic is Thomas cooking up?

It is with heavy heart that I must inform you that my Polish-Canadian comrade had left our presence roughly around the time of my own arrival to PGI.

It is said that he has found a lucrative career in plundering viking villages along the Baltic and North sea coasts. I can neither confirm nor deny any rumours that his leaving has anything to do with supposed "Rules" of being an Immortal Polish Highlander, in which, in the end, there can only be jeden.

Thomas made many valuable contributions to the MWO game and will most certainly be remembered by this Community for his in-depth details on technical work taking place and his fun Command Chair posts adding a bit of lore spice to his presentations of upcoming content. These torches he had carried and passed on to others within the team will be kept for as long as space is dark.

To my fellow countryman: Thomas Dzięgielewski, we salute you on your quest to walhalla!

Now at the end of every match it dc's me to log in screen and says "server is undergoing maintenance try again later"...

then when i try again it says user already logged in lol.

Am i seriously the only one getting all these bugs? Or has PGI banned all the other "complainers" lol

A couple of months ago, I had some pretty significant "connecting", "unknown error", crash-to-desktop, crash-to-login, etc. issues ... there was nothing wrong with my system, and I'm pretty sure there was nothing unusual with my MW:O install ... I tried every troubleshooting technique a sane person could think of (repair tool, reinstall, ensuring all my drivers, bios, etc. were up-to-date, virus scanning, disk cleanup, etc.) before and after contacting support.

Ultimately, the problem was mostly fixed after about two weeks of persistently communicating the problem in the patch feedback forums (it was reassuring to know it wasn't just me) and with support@mwomercs.com ... be sure and send them a dxdiag file in the first e-mail, a crashdump file with every actual crash (unfortunately a "connecting" hang or a crash-to-login isn't an actual crash), and an omicron file with each e-mail. I sent them something like 20 e-mails on this thread alone. I don't know how helpful my input was, but I went from an average of more than ten crashes / hangs per three-hour gaming session to (maybe) one or two (average).

If you wan to play the game (but can't becuase of technical issues), don't just assume that they are aware of your problem and that the problem is being addressed ... there are virtually infinite PC builds that can run the game, but it is very likely that someone else is having the same problem, and that your information could help them play the game too!
