I was trying to do a 2v2 in private match. Both company commanders had premium time, and everyone was ready (green) to go. But I couldn't figure out how to start the game, does anyone know how?

top right corner... the ready button changes to launch, if ALL depencies are cleared

The player that joins on the opposing team, or the one you move to the opposing team has to hit the "Take Company Command" button. Then, when both company commanders have Premium, all options will unlock, next thing to do is to turn off the "FULL TEAMS" switch.
Button changes from Green "Ready" to Green "Launch" when the above is in order and all players are ready.
