My game client just patched itself for 10 seconds. But I can't find any mention of a hotfix here in the forums.

Was there a hotfix a short time ago? What aspects of the last patch was it intended to fix?

(My game client is now version 1.7.3.0 in case that helps.)

EDIT: oh, looks like yesterday's patch announcement has been amended to show that a hotfix was implemented to re-enable game mode selecting. Still no fix for 3-3-3-3 then.

not sure why they hid it so hard, but this allows public droppers to choose their game modes again

It was a hot fix to allow you to choose which game mode you want to play or something along those lines. Apparently people could not find a match if they did not have any choice on during matchmaking.
