Is this if you make any purchase from "Al La Carte" to "Gold Khan"?

Sidenote: I bought two "al la carte" mechs, I would like some extras like this, after all it is $100!

If you bought anything on the Clan package page you will get the rewards. So, you are good to go.

One thing to keep in mind is that, if you visit the clan page information, the image you posted is a bit deceptive.

The only items you get specifically for early purchase in April is the clan hanging item and +7days premium time.

The clan banner and clan colors are the rewards for purchasing before May and June end (respectively).

So while you get them if you purchase now, you could still get them at a later time.
