I'm a Legendary Founder, plus Overlord. In the game, under Game Settings, there are two check-boxes that you are supposed to be able to select where one of them is Founders and the other is Phoenix. When you drop it's supposed to show your "tier" next to your name and your faction. Well, I've checked, un-checked, re-checked those boxes and yet my tags aren't showing.

Anyone know why? Did I tick off PGI so now they've blocked them?

You're only able to check/uncheck that value prior to launching. The option is not available when in-game. And it's a flaky thing. If you have it checked, but still don't see your tag, uncheck it. Save. (exit? restart client?) Then recheck it and save. To me, it also seems to reset every other patch or so, too. Kind of like weapon groups.

If you've done all that, and it's still not working, then I'd recommend sending a ticket to support.

Yep, I've done all that, and not in a match. *sigh* I'll try again, and if it still doesn't show up, I'll send a ticket. I was just hoping someone else had seen this recently (as in past month or so) and had a fix handy. Thanks.

I have had that issue as well. I finally got it to work and stick to my choice by choosing my Founders Tag from Settings in the mech lab, saving, then restarting the client, checking the flag to sake sure it was saved properly then did a drop. It finally stuck. I'm running DX 11 so I don't know if that make a difference or not.

In the Mechlab open the Settings, uncheck and check the box you want, save it both times, it should work.
If you change Settings from ingame there was a bug that the Tags disapear - dont know if that is fixed yet.
