I have a d-dc and a BH. I want to elite for them but not sure which atlus to get? they all seem worse than the d-dc. is there some hidden qualities to the other variants? K variant becasue DOUBLE AMS TOO STRONK!?!

IMO, the D is the next best behind the D-DC, then the RS, then the BH, then the K.

But, seriously, D-DC or don't bother, IMO.

Well, in order to get the best out of the DD-C he's got to take something else now and again so he can master it. The D or RS would serve well enough for the third one. The RS is pretty close to the BH if you liked that.

Well, yes, I didn't mean to imply otherwise, just that the only reason to own any of the others ($40 BH included, sadly) is to level the D-DC, so whatever one chooses as a "third" hardly matters.

Choice is D or RS really.

RS will run like the BH.

The D can have CT mounted MLAS so you can zombie if you lose your arms.

I liked the D a bit more than the RS, because of the CT laser hardpoints.

I'm going AS7-D-DC, AS7-K and AS7-RS. (in that order)

The RS and D are pretty similar, and I already have enough XP to purchase basics on purchase from when it was a trial.

Sure the K has 1 less Ballistic and 1 less Missile slot than the D (with basically the same hardpoint locations), and costs 4mil more, BUT it has the twin AMS and a 300XL which is normally 5mil!
This saves me grinding being I need 1+ 300XLs.

RS is incredibly funny with 4 LL and a few SRM's imo

D-Atlas is a decent longe range / LRM plattform with 2 ER LL or PPC's in the arms and a TAG and maybe Gauss or AC 10 in the torso.

The extra 4 mill is basically what you pay for the 300 XL minus the 260 something STO the other variants have included. Just saying

Yeah, but it's still almost 1mil cheaper than just buying a 300XL when getting an Atlas anyway, 'specially when I have a few Std300s already, plus need XL300s

The Boar's Head is very similar to the RS, so I would skip it. Never get the K. That leaves you with the AS7-D.
