Forget SRMs.
Not sure which of the pinned topics this goes under but I played one match since the new patch in a Griffin with 1ERPPC, 2MLs and 1LRM10. Right at the beginning, I noted my LRMs hit fairly quickly.
How quickly you ask?
Well, I was getting red crosshairs indicating hits WHILE MY LRMs WERE STILL IN FLIGHT HALFWAY TO THE TARGET.
Then I was on a cliffside next to the arch in B4 near the tunnel. Teams were shooting each other through the arch and, with no enemies near me, I start taking damage from cliffside. Unless someone developed a superpower that let them turn flat to slide between me and the terrain, I was getting shot through the terrain.
Whatever fixes happened, something broke.

I'm not surprised, since we now get hit with LRMs for several seconds BEFORE the "Incoming Missile" warning goes off. Gee, thanks for the heads up, Betty.

Sounds like something similar to when they changed the LRM flight path last year and they were dropping in nearly vertically at the last stage. You could stand behind cover, but the LRMS could still hit you, because the flight path was too high for the building to block them. I have recently experienced this at the same spot as you at least once, where no spotter could have been targeting me.

I have noticed the red flashing crosshairs too, especially when sometimes i wasn´t shooting at all...
But, could it be that the red flashing indicator is for spotting assists = every time a unit that you were spotting for is hitting your target???
