Doing some Testing in a Private Match.
Testing to see if Narc would do any of the following
Test 1: Keep an enemy Mech Targeted if they Powered down : Result Yes he was targeted with the narc on him & powered down.
Test 2: Will Narc cancel a Friend ECM mech's ECM ; Result Yes, a Friendly ECM Mech hit with a Friendly NARC will lose it ECM until the NARC falls off.
Test 2 not a Big Problem, but I sure Trolls will use this in PUG matches sadly.

So your best idea then is to put it up here for every idiot troll to see, well done.
Submit a support ticket about it and ask for this thread to be deleted.
