Pity there isn't much point playing if you have a 250+ ping because HSR fix has completely dropped off the radar.

So...

Meh.

It's not like there aren't many pages of feedback to go through...
You just jumped into Feedback, picked the least helpful comment to tear down as a straw man?
I think I see where the problem might be.

Hate to say it ... but Cliffhanger makes a really good point.

I mean, there is a veritable FORUM full of detailed feedback and suggestions about what the MWO Community thinks needs to be improved. And the vast majority of it has been just plain ignored by the developers. Worse, the lead developers no longer even bother to read or contribute to the forums, preferring instead to give the occasional rambling interview answering softball questions by the shills of No Gripes No Grievances.

It's no wonder some customers stop providing constructive feedback and just start to vent.

Myself, I am teetering on the brink of asking for a refund for the $240 of Clan Mechs I paid for. The sheer disrespect the developers show for the IP, the fanbase and even their own game, make me despair about the future of the game.

The users who are complaining in this thread and many others like will never be fully happy with this game. If the patch had been delayed maybe not the same people but equally the same amount of other people would be up in arms about "how messed up everything is and the delay is blah.blah.blah rediculous". Truth of the matter is everyone is open to their own opinions and point of views and a certain percentage of users will always be unhappy with an implementation of any system or program. Especially this game and I see where the devs are coming from if you delay a patch you start a chain reaction of uncertainty and break the patch Tuesday which we have been promised. I for one am glad to see a patch every other tuesday as we are finally seeing things progress. This game is trying to do things that have not been done before we are factoring in a player and his arsenal he is bringing into game which makes it tough to balance as you can't just go on pilot skill or just machine potential you have to try and strike a balance. No fix is perfect but will see if what they decide improves our gameplay as public matches are the majority of matches at this time. My .02

To be clear, my issue is that a developer would bother to break out the scathing sarcasm on weak feedback, rather than actually address the good comments.

You are correct, you can't make everyone happy all the time, but the unprofessional conduct is what I take issue with.
