Hey there, I just bought a Dire Wolf about an hour ago, I have the email receipt that I bought it, there is just one problem.


I don't have a Dire Wolf anywhere in my Mech Bay...


Is there something I have to do? Can anyone please help me? I have bought plenty of things in the past and was always awarded instantly save the Overlord Package.


Whats the deal with the Dire Wolf?

Did you chain it up properly? I hear Dire Wolves are notorious for escaping enclosed yards... Or was that Siberian Huskies?

Seriously, Clan Mechs are not released yet, so You may not get your Dire till the Clans are launched.

Read the FAQ. The first batch of Clan omnis won't be out until June 17th at the earliest.

When I start doing the XP grind on the Direwolf, I will have to go back and watch Game of Thrones to find a good Direwolf name.

But yea though, the clan mechs aren't out yet.

It's not allowed to post unconstructiv or insulting.

If you don't have something nice to say about another person, it's better to not say anything. This forum is supposed to be a welcoming place for everyone. Making fun at the cost of others, does not make a welcoming place. Everyone can miss a line of text, a detail, sometime. That does not make said person a troll.

The correct way to answer the question posted with this thread would have been to point out the error and to then leave the thread! Even if it where a troll thread, you would have completly avoided feeding him.

Q: I just purchased... Where are my Clan Collections?!
A: Clan Collections are currently only available to pre-order and will be delivered June 17, 2014.

Q: Will all items in each collection (ie - Mechs, Badges, Modules, etc.) be delivered all on the same date or will different items be provided at different dates?
A: All Collection contents will be delivered on June 17, 2014. "Monthly Rewards" are delivered on the "Injection" date indicated.

Its in a shipping crate on Solaris, they put the wrong shipping label on it and now it has to pass through quarantine until they can send it to the proper world.

Seriously though, Yeah, not officially released yet. When the Clan Invasion hits it'll be put in your mech bay, not before. (And its actually 3 you know, 1 plus 2 variants)

Huskies, yep. Deal with it all the time.... granted the "escape artist/run away" we adopted last year hasn't even thought about escaping. He's having too much fun with the pack.

This, Not everyone reads everything when buying something. Even I made a few assumptions before reading FAQ's. I originally thought the 55$ for Each Omni was per mech, not 1, plus 2 variants. We all make mistakes so be nice.

Ours has... Pushed through the window screen, Ran out the door 3 times, Broke her (Chain(wire cable), and that was just in the last 4 months. She will run around then stop and look at me with a, "Aren't you coming look?"
