I'm currently on my laptop and not my desktop, so can I ask, is there anyway to check the exact build of my own mechs without logging on to the game?

Negative. There is no way to pull your build from the game.

My suggestion is to check out Smurfy. You can use it to build, save, and share you mechs.

All you can do is lookup a list of the mechs you own on your website profile. Someday maybe you can adjust your loadouts outside of game or at least view them.

There was an API hinted at that could allow what you are asking for, but we are back in delay country, so not for a while.
