Actually the big problem is that the people who would be doing the work, are kinda backed up with other work.

We are on the schedule - but replacing flooring (when there is already a floor of sorts we can stand on) is a lower priority job.

Rather like how unplugging a sink is a lower priority than someone's house flooding in the plumbing repair buisiness.

TLDR: we have 3 seasons up here -winter, breakup, and construction, half a guess which one we are currently in!

Good news - work on the floor starts this evening!

Should be back online in a day or two (with luck and no interruptions to the work anyways)
