I think I'm gonna be running this baby stock! I use this loadout on tons of other mechs...

To be balanced the old fashion way by Clan players bidding lower to gain greater honor!

I think if your going to do anything other then Stock Mech matches, that other mechs will come up and kick that thing in the diaper with little fear.. LOL

Oh, idk about that.... I wouldn't run that loadout in my other mechs if it weren't effective (though I avoid the meta like the plague it is )

I do, anytime I see a loadout like that come up on sensors, it's an invitation to get any light mechs on my team to swarm it.

We don't exactly know what all Clan Weapons will do for damage, if they do an extra 4 damage, then that is enough to make it viable, if not then there could be a couple problems.. Under 180 meters that is..

I like the Summoner, I remember it from MW2, it even looks neat, I just don't know how it's going to do yet.

To many ?????s to make any sort of decision right now.

I've been running that build on my Thunderbolt for a good while now. Granted, it's slower and lacks JJs but it's not very effective. It is however really really fun. I have a blast with it up until I die.

I hate that the modelers did not reduce the bubble canopy size or the silly length of the barrel on the PPC arm! The rest seems better proportioned than the concept art (aside from the torso being a little too barn door-ish for my taste) but those two features... why Alex, why? Yo did so many other mechs such great justice, yet my favorite Clan Mech, you do this to?

Anyhow...yeah, the stock loadout is pretty solid.

Hey Doch, haven't heard from TygerLily, but what did you think of my proposal?

It can't ever run dual Gauss. It has 22.5 tons of pod space and dual gauss weigh 29-30 (with ammo).

Hopefully they skip variant A because it is identical hardpoint wise to Prime.

C would give us 2 energy in the RA, but is otherwise the same as Prime.

I would like to see variant Prime, B, & D

D has ERLL&ERML in both arms, MG & AMS in both torsos. So it is quite different from the other 2 variants hardpoint wise.

The stock loadout has 1 ton of LBX ammo.... and is short around a ton of armor.

LRM15 is effective now, and the Clan LB-X can fire solid slugs. Ac10 and PPC is very effective one two punch, combined with it's ShadowHawk level of mobility? Don't write it off. I will be VERY interested in it's agility stats and hit boxes which will go a long way to determining it's true effectiveness.

clan ERPPC does 50% more damage, and LB-X can fire solid slugs. I will reserve judgement til I start shooting thing swith mine, lol.

Ok but clan ERPPC will either get a 7 second recycle time Or 20 Heat penalty type of nerf, cERPPC will on a 1 for 1 basis be equivalent to ERPPC

Totally serious.... I run that loadout on my Griffins, Thunderbolts, Victors, anything really that has a ballistic in one arm and energy in the other (LRMx differs per mech/weight class).

The biggest issue, if you mean "true stock" is that it has only 1 ton ammo per weapon system. that is what, 12 LRM volleys and 15 ac bursts? (and also you will be stuck with either cluster OR solid slug).

I love the Summoner, but it has a few warts, just saying. The weapon loadout I like..... the lack of ammo....not so much.
