I just attempted to equip my Stalker (STK-M) with a PPC and cool shots, and ended up getting nothing after an error saving when attempting to modify weapon groups, who do I speak to about this situation or am I just SOL?

They may keep logs of these transactions. If you tell them the day and time perhaps they can look back to see what happened.

He can see the purchase log himself, just click on the MC button at the top of this page and scroll down.

Check your Inventory- they may have been purchased but not equipped. If the MC was deducted (every MC purchase is visible in the mc history!) then the item is probably sitting in the inventory but not equipped

Happened to me too, and same as what Redshift2k5 has said was sitting in inventory
