Logout Bug.. Game Stuck On Sign-In Screen

Just thought I should finally inform you guys of an issue I've been experiencing MANY patches ago and I'm hoping it'll finally be looked into...

The problem: When I press the Logoff button at the bottom-left corner, the game hangs when it's trying to load the sign-in screen. I see it, but it's all somewhat dark, and I see the "CONNECTING" label with the spinning circle, and I'm unable to press or type anything. So I'm left with no choice but to ALT+TAB and CTRL+ALT+DEL my way out of the game. It's becoming more frequent with the latest patches...

None.
  • Where in the game or menus did the crash occur?
At the login screen.
  • What steps had been taken prior to the crash occurring?
Just simply log on and attempt to log out. Sometimes it can happen if I just tweak a setting or two and log out. Or in my last attempt, I tried a few matches and then attempted to log out and got this issue.
  • Does the crash re-occur for you if repeating those same steps?
No. It happens randomly BUT frequently. Like 8 times out of 10.
  • What are your video settings, did you change them since last patch?
On High settings. Sometimes I like to change settings between Medium, High, and Very High. Ultimately though, it doesn't matter what settings I use. I encounter this problem regardless of whether or not I'm in fullscreen, using DX9/Dx11, etc.
  • What are your System specs?
