So there's going to be a period of time from when the release the packaged clan mechs and when the Daishi is available for c-bills.

How long is this going to be? Like 18 friggin months?

They're going to release them 2 at a time so somewhere around july maybe? (assuming they put 2 out for cbills in june)

DireWolf should be available by August at the latest, and the Warhawk by October, assuming they become available in July, and that the first batch don't come out end of June.

Though, what would be really interesting (even if unlikely, IMO) would be if there were four additional OmniMech chassis released for C-Bills/Kerenskies/whatever alongside the Clan Pack.

For example, the Clan preorder pack includes the 'Mechs we currently know about (Uller through Masakari), while the C-Bills/Kerenskies/whatever includes (for example) the Koshi, the Dragonfly, the Vulture, and the Man O' War.

Doing something like that would allow those who bought the current pack to enjoy an extended period (maybe a month or two) of exclusivity with those specific 'Mechs before those 'Mechs started becoming more generally available, while also ensuring that a mix of weight classes (that people could also buy into, if they so chose) would be available to non-paying players off-the-bat.

why does it need to be exclusive at all

it's just free to pay bs

why can't it be 15 or even 20 a month for everything

PGI should release one of each weight class all at once so people can set up a whole match worth of Clan mechs.

People claim both sides but I understood the "2 per month" to mean 1 clan and 1 IS. This puts the Daishi around Sept.

P2W until then if they get balance wrong on the clan mechs.

2 Clan mechs per month have been mentioned. Don't know if it starts on clan release or first patch in July though.

because a P2P MMO's all have died out.

their are only a very few left, a concept that have no future.
also the company's that have a F2P construct think they makes more money then a basic subscription.
in reality that's the most illogical nonsense i ever have heard.

I wonder how the "2 Clan Mechs for a Month" pattern will go?
It will either be this two patterns:
First Pattern:
1st Month
Light
Light

2nd Month
Medium
Medium

3rd Month
Heavy
Heavy

4th Month
Assault
Assault

Second Pattern:
1st Month
Light
Medium

2nd Month
Heavy
Assault

3rd Month
Light
Medium

4th Month
Heavy
Assault

Though I would assume it would be the latter.

PGI has talked about both variants so far.
1 Clan + 1 IS and 2 Clan
Only PGI knows what they will do now.

Like PGI even knows what it is doing. PGI still hasnt figured out how the Bonus Modules will work.

Or correctly working night vision (it ignores many light sources [and lack of light sources] as if they don't exist).
Or correctly working thermal (never mind the recent bugs. If "White" is hot, why are colder mechs brighter? Why is the snow white? Why are warmer climates 'monochrome'? Why are there no heat sources around light? Why is the sun broadcasting heat all around it but not from it? Why is some smoke and fire 'cold' when others are hot? Why can I see a reflection of the mech in the water in thermal; and if I do, why is it colder than the water when my mech is hot and all water including a reflection should be nearly equal temperature, especially when I'm not in the water to change it?

Then there's sorting modules, a separate module system...how to balance all of that player buffing stuff when none of it costs weight.

But anyway, supposedly one or two clan mechs will release at the same time as the package clans.
Then 2 at a time after that, along with a new inner sphere mech each month.

Personally I'd like PGI to finish first the art overpass for the older mechs to give them weapon customization visualizations, and then AFTER that finish the hitbox overhaul and make necessary tweaks on certain mechs who already had it. Instead of pumping out new I.S. mechs so soon.

But that's just me.
