Games been unplayable for me , Facing the ggclose meta build sync dropping clowns far to often , with the pilots on my team clearly sniffing glue, Its simply intolerable .

You and I need to group up then. I love trashing the RT on those guys, but don't face off with them often enough. Plus, 1 less glue sniffer.

So, 3 meta Victors and 1 meta Cataphract is so much better that issues are solved? With the bonus that if you drop with that, you will know that the opposing team can't have more meta than you, even if they get lucky with randoms? I have a feeling you might be in for a disappointment.

Good luck to them finding 9 people in the que with only 1 assault and 3 heavys and not getting put to the bottom of the list all I have to say.

Well, the meta build problem still won't go away. It'll just become 3 Victors and 1 Cataphract or whatever is possible. I think thats more of a weapon balance issue. At any rate those 4 will always be on comms and have a one up on anyone who isn't. That is unavoidable I'm afraid.
I've heard that 1 group per team may be coming off the table soon. It raised group wait times to unacceptable levels.
Sync dropping is hard to track, and even once you detect it how do you stop it? Also, people have made a strong case that more constraints make it easier to sync.
Now, I'm not saying you're wrong and I certainly don't know the answers to these questions. I just wanted to point out that it is perhaps more complicated than it appears at a glance.

I PUG the majority of my games, and my W/L ratio is above 1.5, so obviously it can be done. I do get terribad teams too, and often there's just nothing to be done. Then you move on. I've found that if you can average 500+ damage per match, you're bound to be on the winning side more often, despite the premades.
