After the first round, we have a decent sorting out of the teams! Of the 39 people who submitted a bracket, here are the top 10:



Jay_Z is sitting alone at the top with 75 potential points still left (and an impressive 13 out of 16 right first round calls!), but there are a number of people sitting at the 73 potential point level who could knock him off his perch. Good luck everyone!

(Me? I'm fooked, having picked Team Fancybeer to go to the finals in the bottom bracket. Woe is me!)

Round 2 is complete! Jay_Z still holds a slight lead over a diminishing field of contenders, but his lead is looking pretty strong at this point. A major upset could flip everything around though, so stay tuned for the quarterfinals to see how it all shakes up!

And the race is heating up! Into the semi-finals we have Jay_Z with a steady lead, followed closely behind by itsalrightwithme and Idrivetanks. Jay_Z has made a bold prediction that the 228th will win the tourney, while the next 2 have picked HoL as the overall winner. But they could all be upset by JohnBoyBoy, who picked SJR! It's going to be an interesting semi-finals, and a loss by a favorite or two can turn these standings completely upside down! Stay tuned for the next exciting round of MECH MADNESS!

And WE HAVE A WINNER! In fact, suitable for having such an awesome tournament, we have *2* winners! Yes, 2 people got a final score of 67 for a tie! Congrats to itsalrightwithme and Idrivetanks for their most excellent bracketology skills, which as we all know is just as important as being able to pilot a mech in the competitive scene!
