Game Hangs Upon Exiting

I started experiencing this during the clan test and now it's also happening on the production servers. Sometimes when I leave a match, I will get the prompt asking me if that's what I want to do but I can't interract with it or do anything else at this point. The game becomes unresposive and I have to close the application via the manager.

That is happening for me for a longer time. But 2(?) patches ago it got worse. Happens about 1/4 of time.

This is happening since the beta, an old issue.
