Hi all, in the last 3 or 4 days, i've been affected by thi issue, where, during a match, at some point i start getting artifacts all over the map. These artifacts go away if i alt-tab to desktop and then get back to the game, only to come back 2 or 3 matches after. I've tried the repair tool, and, even thought it found and redownloaded some corrupted .paks, the issue is still there.
Here's a screenshot of the artifacts:

My system specs are:
R7 250;
intel i3 2100;
64 bit win7 ultimate;
8GB ddr3 1333MHz ram.

Does anyone else get these things? any idea on what could it be?

Dx9... and changing the environment/object details level doesn't seem to affect the issue.

I would try switching to dx11 for a while to see if that helps.

Have you tried clearing shader cache ...

It seems I fail at reading.

Oh, BTW how about your PC temperature sensors? Are they ok?

This is a good point. If you card fan has failed you may be getting temperature spikes in the game. Another thing to check would be your power supply.

Too often people have under-powered or failing psu's and the problems aren't apparent.

If the only thing you are running your rig with is a 150w or 200w psu from an unknown vendor you may consider upgrading to something a little beefier.

Best deals on newegg right now for PSU's are:

and

Although something gold rated is even better B)

Uhm... PSU is ok, freshly bought Thermaltake berlin 630W. Also, all the temperatures on my rig are ok, nothing goes over 67° under stress test( running a custom cooling solution on the VGA and a AC freezer pro7 on the CPU). And last, but not least, i've already updated my bios. As i said, the issue started recently, and i've been playing with this VGA for almost a month before getting these artifacts, and i get them only in MWO, no other game gives me issues.

I think i'll send a support ticket to see what the devs say about this.

Do you OC the card? MWO could be straining the card as its very intensive (maybe the other games you run don't stress the card as much). Even without overheating this could cause artifacts.

Hopefully it is the game or OC, because the only other thing I can think it could be is a sign your card is failing...

Yeap, got a slight OC, but it ran issues-free for almost a month, so i didn't think about it. Will try to bring it back to the stock frequencies to see what happens.

I have been getting the same problem, I either get artifacts in game, or I get mechs with missing body parts etc etc (sometimes the mech is invisible - kinda hard to shoot at)

Meh, returning to stock frequencies didn't fix the issue. However i'd exlude the possibility that the vga itself is the problem, because every other game i play (DS2, Hawken, strike vector, burnout paradise, MWLL, and i can go on forever xD) has no problems, either with stock frequencies or OC.
