So, just started playing MWO and am enjoying myself... used to play the original game way back in the day.
I told myself I would earn the cash to buy and trick out a mech, but of course I broke down this weekend and decided to buy some MCs and build and customize my mech.

Unfortunately the system won't let me buy MCs. Tried two valid credit cards and the darn thing declined them both. So I read the forums and apparently I need to contact support and have them "whitelist" me.

Also unfortunately, it is a long weekend in Canada so support won't be around to help until Tuesday. Wow, this really sucks. How many other people had the impulse to buy MC, couldn't and didn't bother to contact support? Someone needs to look into that overly sensitive fraud trigger because you are definitely losing money and frustrating players as well.

What you can do is go into the help on UltimatePay (run by Playspan).

Through contacting them directly you can find the help you need today as this company is based in the U.S. They will not clear you for more than a 100 dollar purchase as your 'first' purchase, however. (If you're buying a clan package you can buy the first one to get the 30 dollars cleared, then 'level up' for as high as you plan. Since you're doing MCs the call in option should be sufficient).
