ok so my last topic was moved by a mod to General Discussion.
http://mwomercs.com/...cores-possible/
Please don't do that again. Ever.
I really do not want to deal with people outside of the NPF....
Thank you.

Not really smart to upset the mods - while you may not want to deal with the people outside this portion - that topic wasn't really appropriate here.
One thought- with PM's you can invite multiple people - call in the people from this area into your PM would let you hold a conversation about something without leaving it open to the public you wish to avoid.

No i have every right to post this here. My question is more for this forum not that one, and having it moved there has sparked the kinds of responses that stop me from spending time in the other parts of the forum.
The mod made a call and I don't agree with it. If that upsets him that's too bad isn't it?

Then you PM him and talk to HIM about it.
Ranting in the forums is a really good way to get yourself in trouble.
Note: I am not trying to be against you here - but there are good ways to communicate your displeasure, and bad ways - so far this has not been one of the good ways.

i would if i KNEW who did it in the first place. if HE had PM'd ME then sure I'd be happy to talk about it.
But he moved my thread and didn't tell me. I just found it there with the kind of responses I really don't want from those kinds of players.
They talk to me like I'm a noob and useless & quite frankly I don't see why I have to put up with such crappyness when all I asked was a regular question.
As for "trouble", it's called freedom of speech. I didn't call the mods any names, or did anything out of line either.
Since we're giving out advice here, I reckon you shouldn't stir the pot my friend.

Believe it or not - I am trying to help.
As for who - it doesn't matter, if you can justify it, another (or even the same) Mod will move it back for you
Never happen unless you try talking to them though

Best practice would be to open up a REPORT on the thread in question (Click the Report button located at the bottom of the post) and indicate that you would like for the post to be moved back and why.
Whomever moved it made a judgement call, and as you stated, we're human and could easily be wrong. I know I've personally misunderstood a post (mostly due to lack of caffeine) and made a bad call.
Moving threads is very easy to do. So , by all means ,please report it if you feel we've made a bad call.
Cheers!

As the mod in question, who moved the thread I have the urge to write a few words in addtion to what Helmer already said.
As moderators it is our duty to preserve a form of structure in the forum. If we allowed all topics in all sub-forum, we could close them all down exept for one and call it a day. The chaos in this super-forum would effectivly shut it down. We are not here to please you, or to take your specific likes and dislikes into consideration, when we make a decision. With more then 500.000 forum users, even if only 5 % of them were ever posting, this would be an impossible task.
New player help was created to help new players to get into the game. It is not the general discussion forum for those who don't want to use the real one. The topic of BaronBastardKiller was not a new player one, from my point of view. He was making a step into the advanced possibilities and details of successfull playing with his topic and I therefore decided to move it to GD.
I'm sorry if this displeases you, but I am afraid we can't really take your dislike of the rest of the forums into consideration.
