Well, color me surprised. Just played 4 battles with a 4 man group and we actually found battles pretty fast. Don't know if I was just lucky.

I've been reading on these forums about the "rapidly dropping playerbase" for like three years. It fluctuates, the hours right after a patch drops are usually pretty low population (hence why they chose it as their patch time)

I'm a fan of the game. I've spent a little money on it and have gotten plenty of value from it so I've no complaints in that regard. However I'm too old to be waiting 3-4 minutes for a game. I'll be back to play as soon as the queue times return to an acceptable level.

Maybe that's what people are experiencing with the waiting times?

We are going to see how this works out, there remains a strong possibility we will have to further increase this maximum or altogether shut off the class limits and revert back to group limits in the interim, so please stay tuned here. Why isn't a straight tonnage limit being used?

I'm sure you've guys have already reviewed tonnage limits for groups, but if 3/3/3/3 isn't working out I would love to see group tonnage put in. Groups are the main cause of mech class overload as it is.

Were you even visited by obvious idea to add a minimum of 2 so as not to relax it too much and to keep all classes present? Idea "2-4 per weight class" circulated forums a lot since 3/3/3/3 was announced.

the firestarter champion is nice, but it wastes some weight
could you pgi look at it if got time?

move heatsink into engine slot
upgrade armour to ferro-fibrous
remove some armour (6) from head
equip either a ml, 2 jj, 2sl, or 1 ton ams ammo

for the love of god man they cant even get the ==3 code to work, dont put any more ideas in their heads. this is the same company that came up with "ghost heat"....

Need I remind you of what times were like between '95 and 2000, when it took an average of 45 minutes to three hours to have enough people come on to play one or a few games? MWO is friggin' beautiful in regards to finding these PUG matches.

However, PGI... come on with somethin' good for us, please? The vast majority of reports are that 3/3/3/3 is a failure, yet again... it's time to start putting the BV system together, now... stop foolin' around with restrictions and make it so the Private Match tonnage setting is actually swapped over to BV, which is game-determined pilot-skill-modified 'Mech values... leaving the closed ends for Elo, stubbornly, is denying you a much greater population of gamers, whether you're losing any, now, or not.

Seconded. Low tonnage can be just as disruptive, so it needs to be a weight range.
