Is there saposed to be one?
If their is, it's not working.
I got artied 3 time in 1 minute.

It's possible the first was an enemy strike, then you got hit by a friendly strike and lastly an enemy strike again.

The cooldown timer on strikes isn't very long, you probably can be hit 3 times in a minute. The real question is why are you letting yourself get hit 3 times? Stop standing still and that wont happen.

The second poster is most likely correct. There's also something of a 5 to 7 second timer between arty and airstrike for the individual players.
