The bottom line is, you have failed again. You have failed many times ago - promoting placeholder features to finished products, neglecting player feedback, changing the course of the game further away from the original plan, hiding behind "a position at the time".
Disregarding the fact, that most of the newest patch is an uninteresting stuff, like a flags of countries that don't exist 3025, I will just point out the fact that you have attempted to implement limitations to the match maker for the 3rd time in a row and you have once again failed.
The same story again - first of all, it takes ages to find a match at all, then you remove a limitation after a limitation until the matches are unsupervised roflstomps, so to speak. That makes the first few days after the patch a purely annoying experience of waiting for a match or being part of a crappy match, before everything gets back to the original status quo (as the MM gets rolled back to what it was before).
Rinse and repeat.
Can't you do the math based on your stats? Can't you do forecasts, predictions and set up the MM up based on the data you have gathered so the games are more balanced and don't take a millenium and a half to start? If you can't, then don't try unless you are certain it will not backfire at you - spend a few WEEKS on the test server, analyze everything there is, make sure your sh...tuff works before it goes live.
Then and only then do you earn a right to charge us for stuff like a flag or a freaking private matches that were the only way to drop in this game for a couple of hours after each and every patch in the last few months.
