Still getting horrible FPS since DX11 patch on snow maps. Anyone else still or just me? It happens in both DX9 and 11. This happens mostly when there is a lot of smoke.

Just noticed this today after the latest patch. Have to observe if it's missile or other activity related, but FPS drops to around 8 and jumps back to 50 once the action pauses.

Now when you say it was a lot of smoke then I am assuming its the one thing that plagued graphics cards for years that I know about is the in game special effects like the sun, the water, the sky, the missles, the lasers, the machine guns, the ams, the smoke, the lava, etc. It all tolls the graphics card now I may not be the sharpest knife in the drawer when I say this but here it is next sentence. Its like if there is too many sprites on the screen at one time in a 2D game it slows down correct same deal goes here except every 3D thing that you see is taking its toll and whats worse in this case is the Special Effects like the lasers and all that stuff if used to excess it can take a huge toll on the graphics card I know same goes for everything else but Special Effects mostly.
