That is not an explanation and it remains to be seen if it is actually a fix.

But it is still considered communication though isn't it.

And what, pray tell, does THAT have to do with the comment I made. Of course I saw the hotfix announcement. Unfortunately, this hotfix is endemic of the larger problems that have been going on since the beginning, for which you have been here, Mystere. Indeed, I figured you would have been one of the many to agree with me, thus far.

"Where are you at, PGI?" is not my asking where this hotfix is, it is about me asking whether or not they intend to continue developing this game the way they said they were going to develop this game from the beginning. Right now, even those of us who have been the most forthright cheer leaders of the game's continued development, are beginning to see the cost:benefit of the game going against us, and it's not looking good; thus, we are beginning to comment, in the negative, about how things are going.

In short, PGI needs to pull it's collective head out of its fourth point of contact, IGP needs to shut its pie-hole and allow this game to develop the way it NEEDS to develop, in accordance with what PGI said in the first place it was going to do with the game, and then the community will right itself. This game is ON its last legs, support for its development by PGI is drifting heavily by the wayside, and if the developers don't kill this game by their continued ineptitude, the lack of available community, in the end, will. Millions down the tubes, not following through with their plans, not explaining why they're not following through with their plans. Now something that should NOT have been affected is HEAVILY affected by a patch that wasn't supposed to have any affect on it at all; I do NOT buy the Clan LRM coding excuse, it does NOT fly.

I'm not certain how much PGIs most ardent supporters have left in their individual gas tanks for this project, but I have a feeling their cars are beginning to sputter.

PGI, are you reading? Some of your most ardent supporters are beginning to display their displeasure. No communication, again, no 3/3/3/3, no Command Chair, no legitimate update about anything anywhere. Millions of dollars put into this game by those of us who expect you to put together what you told us -not promised, told- you were going to put together. You have thousands, tens of thousands, remaining here who want to throw money at you. Where are you at, PGI?

So PGI, what change are you making in your process to keep this from happening again, this was pretty much a game breaking bug? I happen to work with a development team on customer facing project, and if something like this happen we would happen someone (or more) would be written up or fired, and a incident document would have to be created explaining how it happen and whats being done to not happen again for our customers. (And this is not the first time this has happen with pgi).

Pissing in my pocket could be considered communication, it does not count as positive or informative communication. We can split hairs forever to fanboy or hate on this game. The bottom line is they only communicate when they are selling something, any other time we only hear crickets.

Well, I was going to try to log in and play a match or two before bed, but it seems that won't be happening.

Well spoken. And their 4th point of contact has more than one head stuffed up there. It seems that anybody on the outside of that party gets flamed for pointing out that the developers and their supporters are in a gastric loop.

i agree ,there are serious issue's, and a good reason to spend money to support the game is diminishing

It happened as scheduled. I was thrown out of a game at 6:30 PM. It looked like it was over very quickly.

Then I started working on something else, so I don't know if it worked.
