Or even a newb for that matter.
....haven't you hit your 1k matches?
On topic though - I would rather have TT all day than RCNight - but I can live with having RCNight repeatedly without whining about it, and I am hardly the most mature person out there.
yes...more like 1500
but timewise...noob.....

What do you guys think?
You really don't want to know what I think because it would probably hurt your feelings. That and my thoughts are often dark and full of terrors so I wouldn't recommend adventuring too close. Long live Terra Therma!

sounds great!
Right?
They won't even split the community for something people want (large group queue) unless they can monetize it with a hamfisted solution(Premium Private Matches).
You think they're going to let you choose what map you play on w/o paying? Go to the Premium Private Matches if you want to turn Terra Therma off

So does Koniving, that is why he runs those "joke" builds.
Any game where you have nothing else to learn....
That is when it is nothing but a grind.

River City Night is a far worse map. Too small for 12 mans, on Assault the some of the spawn points are around 200m from the enemy LRM turret range, the lack of contrast makes the entire thing look like a sheet of black on my monitor which forces using night vision/heat vision which nerfs viewing range, etc.
If we had public lobbies there could be a voting system, everyone gets one vote for a map to avoid, highest votes get's excluded. Then there would be some real metrics on what maps people really hate and *maybe* PGI would look at fixing them as they dropped out of rotation.
But a disco boycott is just a bad idea - it hurts everyone else and puts that person at risk of a ToS violation.

If you seriously think, when stacked against everything else, that people are quitting because of a map that is relatively easy to fight on except for the extraordinary derpy... well, have you tried Farmville?

The problem in my experience isn't going into the pugzapper, it's people stopping at the entrance and feeding themselves in 1 at a time. If the whole team goes in at the same time without stopping, you're in far better shape.

Of all things that may be turning people away from the game, I'm absolutely certain that Terra Therma is way down near the bottom of the list.

You're right, it's probably the toxic community. Thank you for providing an example of it.
