I was going to post somethings on other foruns, but I can't post or reply on those
So why this happens?

Until you finish your first 25 matches, your access is limited

This was done because there was a rash of haters that flooded the forums with Alt-accounts to "prove" their points and bump up their likes.

Those same 25 matches earn you a Cbill bonus to help you buy your first chassis

It includes this help section as well as the patch feedback, website/forum support, and workarounds sections so even a limited-privileged new user can still seek out game help as well as report technical issues in patch feedback.

Why can't I post or reply.
Similar to the recruits page Redshift gave.

To prevent people from making alternate accounts to spam the forums with whatever they may, some minor limits were put on new accounts until they completed 25 matches. This is also partly to make sure that if they come to the forum before the 25 matches that they would come here where they could be helped (instead of say, asking for help in the MWO meme thread).

Really, when did that happen? I did notice that "recruit" status.

I do not remember when exactly they put that in (not a very good sense of time)
I do remember it happening though - because the forums erupted with people talking about how it was going to kill the forum
(/cough with arguments very similar to how 3/3/3/3 is going to kill the game /uncough)
