I sent to that email, but did not get a response (automatic or otherwise). I'm also using the correct email tied to my MWO account.

I've found the problem.
I have 2 accounts, and I switched the emails a few months ago via this site. My MWO profile page lists my email correctly, but apparently something on PGI's end hadn't made the switch. So my support emails were being sent back to my alt's email, which I never check.
